Stephanie Forgues has a passion for living well and in complete authenticity. She is the owner and founder of New Leaf Wellness which is a business that aims to educate, encourage, empower and enlighten people of all ages to take control of their health and wellness, by taking a natural approach to achieving and maintaining optimal wellness. She is the founder of many local annual events such as “Fairies in the Park”, “Celebrating Wellness-A Mind, Body, Spirit Fair “and recently “Kids Expo”. She offers many holistic workshops and retreats throughout the year.

 the Amanda keeley band &  Reiki Yoga Wellness


Amanda is the owner and operator of Reiki Yoga Wellness a business focusing on holistic health techniques which incorporate healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Reiki Yoga Wellness empowers and encourages clients to find their way to a life filled with peace, abundance, health, happiness, love and light. 

Amanda is also a talented singer/songwriter, performing in her own band, The Amanda Keeley Band. Their fans enjoy a wide range of music genres such as; singer/songwriter, folk, rock, blues, motown and more! They have proudly participated in various local charity events, performances to aid in raising funds for cancer, the benefit of children in third world countries, Alzheimer's, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Interval House, disaster relief and more. Amanda Keeley and partner, Markus Lloyd co-host the weekly ‘Live Open Mic Jam’ at the Keystorm Pub in Brockville. They believe in bringing the community together through music and connecting with local musicians to help foster a flourishing live music scene.

 Shelley gallagher - Environmental educator


Shelley has spent over 35 years as an educator in both classroom and outdoor education settings.  She strongly believes that all humans should develop meaningful connections with nature.  She is in her element working with young children who display a natural inborn curiosity and enthusiasm for the natural world.  Her job is to simply keep the spark lit through innovative and creative  Forest School  programming.  Shelley continues to explore the healing modalities of nature as a source of guidance and solace.  She is exited to share these insights with  guests that visit and through  organized retreats and workshops that take place at Lamb's Pond.  [email protected]
